 a. With the support of&nbsp\;Barcelona City Council&nbsp\;(<em data-start=
 "189" data-end="214">Funded with tourist tax</em>).</p>\n<p>The initiative
  is designed to provide the scientific community with a comprehensive over
 view of the skills required to advance their careers\, while also offering
  insights into a range of professional opportunities across different sect
 ors.</p>\n<p>The programme will take place over five days\, from Monday to
  Friday\, and will include online workshops in the mornings and online rou
 nd-table discussions in the afternoons. The sessions will feature distingu
 ished speakers representing a broad range of professional backgrounds\, ca
 reer paths and areas of expertise.</p>\n<p>Javier Rodríguez-Viejo\, Profe
 ssor at the UAB and Senior Group Leader of the <a href="https://www.icn2.c
 at/en/thermal-properties-of-nanoscale-materials">Thermal Properties of Nan
 oscale Materials Group</a> at ICN2\, will participate in the round table e
 ntitled “<strong>Pathways to Leadership in Academia</strong>”\, which
