 nces</p>\n<p class="elementtoproof"><strong>Abstract:</strong></p>\n<p>Sin
ce their discovery in 1991\, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have remained attract
ive in both <strong>fundamental research and industrial application studie
s</strong>\, owing to their outstanding mechanical\, electrical\, and ther
mal properties. They have also been regarded as a disruptive material with
the potential to reshape the world. For a long time\, two major challenge
s have hindered the practical application of CNTs: the wafer-scale prepara
tion of high-purity semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (s-SWCNT
 s) and their integration into electronic devices\, and the effective trans
fer of the exceptional mechanical properties of individual CNTs into macro
scopic assemblies. Our team has long been focused in the <strong>controlle
d synthesis and applications of carbon nanotubes</strong>. Significant pro
gress has been made in the selective separation of high-purity semiconduct
ing and chirality-specific carbon nanotubes\, as well as in the continuous
gas-phase synthesis and large-scale application of CNTs. Therefore\, I wi
ll introduce our recent progress in the following aspects:</p>\n<p>1) Prec
ise sorting of carbon nanotubes and rational modulation of their electroni
c properties\;</p>\n<p>2) Continuous assembly of CNTs into high - strength
  and high-conductivity fibers\;</p>\n<p>3) Large-scale preparation and app
lications of high-conductivity carbon nanotube films\;</p>\n<p>4) Summary
 and prospects.</p>\n<p style="text-align: justify\;"><strong>Short bio: </
