 : </strong>Carlos Abellán is a cofounder and CEO of&nbsp\;Quside. He grad
 uated as a telecommunications engineer by the UPC (Barcelona) and then car
 ried out his doctoral studies at ICFO\, under the supervision of Prof. Val
 erio&nbsp\;Pruneri&nbsp\;and Prof. Morgan W. Mitchell. He focused&nbsp\;on
  the development of quantum technologies for secure communications and&nbs
 p\;supercomputation. He is coinventor of over 10 patent families as well a
 s coauthor of over 20 papers in scientific journals. Carlos has founded&nb
 sp\;two&nbsp\;technology companies to date\, attracting early-stage privat
 e investment internationally. He has also received a variety of awards\, i
 ncluding the MIT Innovators Under 35 Europe 2018\, the Pioneer award by th
 e Catalan government and was recently listed by UNESCO as one of the Quant
 um 100 list published during International Year of Quantum.</p><p class="t
