A work authored by José Santiso and Gustau Catalán is among the Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter Highlights of 2017

The article entitled "On the persistence of polar domains in ultrathin ferroelectric capacitors" was included in a short list selected on the basis of a range of criteria including referee endorsements, presentation of outstanding research and popularity with the journal's online readership.

The Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter recentrly presented it Highlights of 2017. This collection includes outstanding articles published in the journal during 2017, including a work with Dr. Jose Santiso, from the ICN2 Nanomaterials Growth Unit, and ICREA Prof. Gustau Catalán, leader of the ICN2 Oxide Nanophysics  Group, among its authors:

Pavlo Zubko, Haidong Lu, Chung-Wung Bark, Xavi Martí, José Santiso, Chang-Beom Eom, Gustau Catalan and Alexei Gruverman.
