 ></p>\n<p style="text-align: justify\;"><strong>Abstract:&nbsp\;</strong>Q
uantum interference phenomena in superconductors\, such as Josephson inter
ference and Little-Parks oscillations\, serve as powerful probes of phase
coherence\, symmetry breaking and vortex dynamics. The resulting interfere
nce patterns can encode rich information about topological states\, magnet
ism\, and other intrinsic properties of materials placed in close proximit
y to a superconducting system or the superconductor itself.</p>\n<p style=
"text-align: justify\;">In this talk\, I will present three examples illus
trating how superconducting interference can be used to uncover novel phys
ical phenomena in quantum materials. In one example\, spin-polarized super
currents are engineered through the superconducting proximity effect\, rev
ealing spatially localized topological edge states via Josephson interfere
nce patterns [1]. In another\, an orbital-magnetic Josephson junction and
a zero-field superconducting diode effect are realized in fully gate-defin
ed magic-angle twisted bilayer graphene [2]. In the last part\, I will dis
cuss how superconducting interference provides new insights into two-dimen
sional superconductors within the superconducting fluctuation regime [3].<

ved her Bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College in 2014 and her Master
’s degree from Columbia University in 2016. In 2020\, she obtained her P
h.D. in condensed matter physics from the Max Planck Institute of Microstr
ucture Physics in Germany. Subsequently\, she moved to Spain and conducted
postdoctoral research at ICFO and ICN2. Since November 2023\, she has joi
ned the Department of Physics at the Southern University of Science and Te
chnology as an assistant professor. Her current interests involve around t
opological quantum states of matter\, magnetism\, unconventional supercond
uctivity\, and the interactions among them. By utilizing various forms of
van der Waals materials\, stacking order\, and novel designs\, her group e
ngineers and probes exotic quantum states of matter by low-temperature qua
 ntum transport techniques.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><b><strong>Hosted by </strong></
