Title
Spectrum of Spectras
Technique
Monochromated (Scanning) Transmission Electron Microscope with Aberration Correctors
Description
When light meets a prism, it undergoes refraction, bending as it passes from one medium to another. This bending of light at different angles causes the light to spread out into its component colors, creating a spectrum. In this image, observe the scattering of the new Spectra 300 microscope from JEMCA at ALBA, into different colored Spectra, forming a spectrum of Spectras.
