- Figure 2 is a magneto-plasmonic nanodimer (core (polystyrene 100nm) and semishell (multilayer (Co1 nm/ Au 5nm)*6/ Au 3nm). Based on the opposite out-of-plane magnetization of nanodomes, a nanodimer can form through ¨head to head¨ self-assembly due to the magnetic dipole-dipole interaction along the axis.
