PhD thesis of ICN2 researcher published in Springer Theses

PhD thesis of an ICN2 researcher published in Springer Theses, a series for "Recognizing Outstanding Ph.D. Research"

The PhD thesis of Cornelius Krull, former member of the Atomic Manipulation and Spectroscopy Group, has been published in Springer Theses, where outstanding theses from internationally top-ranked research institutes are nominated by two recognized specialists.

The awarded research work is a study of the electronic and magnetic properties of single molecules, addressing crucial issues such as how metallic contacts modify the molecular properties, and how these can be manipulated in a controlled fashion by doping molecules atom by atom.
