ICN2 looks for young researchers in the University of Barcelona’s Faculty of Physics

A booth devoted to ICN2 in a Working Opportunities Fair explained the benefits of developing a career in nanoscience and nanotechnology



ICN2 was present in a day the Univertity of Barcelona’s Faculty of Physics devotes to approach companies and working opportunities to its students. The initiative was enthusiastically welcomed by present and former students looking for an opportunity to develop their research and professional capabilities. The booth devoted to ICN2, managed by Ana de la Osa from the Marketing and Communication Department, included information about Groups and Divisions and the main research lines they lead. Students and young researchers were invited to send their CV and a Letter of Interest to the institutional Human Resources Department, where all candidates will be evaluated and forwarded to Group and Division Leaders when their profiles might be interesting. These contacts will mean a first interaction which could lead to a fellowship or a future collaboration.
