ICN2's Administration and Services teams perform a wide range of functions and provide numerous support services to the Institute's Research Groups. Its members are distributed across nine departments: Business & Innovation, Competitive Funding, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technologies, Maintenance & Services, Marketing, Communication & Fundraising, Legal & Public Tenders and Health, Safety & Sustainability Area.

In coordination with the ICN2 Director, the General Manager, Xavier Massó, oversees the tasks of the different departments and collaborates with them to ensure the effective functioning of the Institute. Each department has been designed and scaled to provide services to the whole ICN2 community.
