Join the discussion on gender dimension in science and technology, organised by ICN2 Equal Opportunities Committee
Within the framework of 11th february, the International Day of women and girls in Science, ICN2 holds an event to keep building a scientific environment that incorporates the gender dimension in its daily life, as well as in our outreach activities.
Since gender inequalities within professional scientists come from very early-stages, on the 10th of February we are going to address how science education has a role in girls’ future development in STEM disciplines, as well as how the daily-work of a research groups biases the engagement of women in visible positions.
