ICN2's Strategic Plan sets the course for the centre in a context of growing scientific complexity and rising societal expectations. Building on a decade of achievements, it focuses on three overarching priorities: strengthening our international scientific leadership, deepening our engagement with society and industry, and reinforcing the internal foundations that make long-term excellence possible.

The Plan is fully aligned with the Severo Ochoa Programme 2023–2026 and prepares the ground for the next cycle. At its core, it reflects a single conviction: work at the smallest scale can deliver the greatest impact.
