The rapid growth of digital technologies, from high-performance computing to connected devices and data-driven applications, requires new generations of faster and more efficient information systems. At ICN2, we develop advanced nanomaterials and technologies for energy-efficient information processing and next-generation communication systems. We lead major international research projects in fields such as quantum and topological matter, spintronics, photonics and phononics, advancing the fundamental understanding of physics and materials science. Our goal is to translate these advances into innovative concepts and devices for future information technologies.
