Join us for the ICN2 Scientific Retreat on 2–3 November 2026! The retreat is open to the entire ICN2 scientific community and aims to strengthen scientific interactions and create opportunities for networking across research groups and support units.
The agenda will combine institutional and scientific discussions, poster sessions and interactive activities structured around three main blocks:
- BLOCK 1 (day 1) - ICN2 Research and the Severo Ochoa Programme: exploring scientific collaborations, seed funding calls and future opportunities aligned with the centre’s strategic priorities.
- BLOCK 2 (day 2) - AI for Science: discussing the use of AI in research, data management and analysis, materials synthesis and characterisation.
- BLOCK 3 (day 2) - Research capabilities (Facilities and Tools): showcasing ICN2’s research infrastructures, modelling and simulation capabilities and opportunities to strengthen connections between researchers and technical staff.
