ICN2 shares scientific knowledge and applications at Graphene 2018
Graphene 2018 is being held in Dresden (Germany) from 26 to 29 June 2018. ICN2 is there once again with organisational, institutional and scientific efforts to share the latest advances in graphene research. Drop by the ICN2 booth to learn about brain implants to restore speech or nanoporous graphene, among other breakthroughs.
The 8th edition of Graphene Conference series, the largest European event about Graphene and 2D Materials, is being held in Dresden (Germany) from 26 to 29 June 2018. With a strong involvement of ICN2 researchers, the Graphene Conference has achieved a leading position as one of the main meeting points of the Graphene community Worldwide.
In the present edition the ICN2 Strategy Development Office is welcoming attendees at the ICN2 booth. Visit it to learn about different technologies developed by our researchers, such as brain implants to restore speech and nanoporous graphene potentially useful for different applications.
Some of the ICN2 ambassadors you will find at the event are:
- ICREA Prof. Stephan Roche, who had a leading role in the conference series organisation.
- Dr. Juan F. Sierra, Thermoelectric Spin Voltage in Graphene.
- Dr. Stephen Power, Exploring quantization in graphene nanoribbons.
- Dr. Luis Antonio Benítez Moreno, Anisotropic spin relaxation in graphene– transition metal dichalcogenide heterostructures at room temperature.
- ICREA Prof. Jose A. Garrido, Graphene technologies for neural prostheses.
Other ICN2 ambassadors will be around, such as Ionel-Bogdan Guster, Christian Schafer and Aron Cummings. Enjoy the event, and please contact our technology transfer experts in case you would like any additional information.
