During the last years the IMB-CNM Clean-Room has been upgraded and updated with new equipment, which allows full CMOS processes on 6” wafers, but also non-CMOS processes with new tools. In this seminar we will review the tools, processes and policies to use them, either as a service or in selfservice mode.
