Distinkt will bring to the market a new generation of high-security fluorescent inks based on nanotechnology developed at the ICN2 by the Nanostructured Functional Materials Group (Nanosfun), in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry of the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB) and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). 

Distinkt is dedicated to the commercialisation and generation of high-security fluorescent inks based on nanotechnology. Its solution consists of a powder containing nano and micro particles that change colour or fluoresce when irradiated with infrared light.

The company will be the protagonist of the next session of the Entrepreneur's Corner, where the founders will share with the companies and entrepreneurs of the UAB campus their valuable experiences in key aspects of their entrepreneurial process. During the session, they will discuss topics such as the formation of the founding team and the keys to building a solid base, strategies for adapting the laboratory space and effectively managing the budget, experiences with the first financing, and the link with the North American market.
