Dr Claudio Roscini is elected member of the Editorial Board of Dyes and Pigments
Dyes and Pigments is a journal that covers the scientific and technical aspects of the chemistry and physics of dyes, pigments and their intermediates.
Senior posdoctoral researcher Claudio Roscini, of the ICN2 Nanostructured Functional Materials Group (Nanosfun), has been appointed to the Dyes and Pigments Editorial Board.
The journal covers the scientific and technical aspects of the chemistry and physics of dyes, pigments and their intermediates. They focus on the properties of the colouring matters themselves rather than on their applications or the system in which they may be applied.
This appointment is an acknowledgement of the Nanosfun group's expertise in the field of (intelligent) dyes and pigments. The journal highlights specially that Dr Roscini leads the research line of chromogenic and emissive materials for energy-efficient devices and works actively in the encapsulation of switchable optical materials.
