Dr Alexandros El Sachat, postdoctoral researcher at the Phononic and Photonic Nanostructures Group, has received, at the proposal of the Academic Committee of the doctoral programme in Physics, the Special Award for Doctoral Studies (Premi Extraordinari de Doctorat), corresponding to academic year 2016-2017.
The awards ceremony was scheduled for 22 May, but the declaration of the state of alarm due to the COVID-19 pandemic has postponed it without a date. As a consequence, the certificate has been sent to the awardees in digital format. Congratulations!
