The Governing Board of the Institute for High Energy Physics (Institut de Física d’Altes Energies, IFAE) has appointed Prof. Eugenio Coccia as new Director of the centre. The mandate will be effective as of November 15, 2022.
The appointment of Prof. Coccia, who will be the fourth director of IFAE (replacing ICREA Prof. Ramon Miquel), is the result of an international selection process coordinated by the CERCA Institution and in which IFAE’s External Scientific Advisory Committee participated.
