OK Program 2:
From top-down to bottom-up: introductory notes on the preparation of micro and nanostructures
February – March, 2015. Promoted by the former ICN2 Phononic and Photonic Nanostructures (P2N) Group.
In this Open Knowledge Program (OKP) module, ICN2 researchers offered an overall perspective of methodologies to prepare micro and nanostructures: from preparation techniques to materials, metrology and applications. This cycle is multidisciplinary -includes physics, chemistry and bio- and covers a wide range of applications, from photonics, to sensing and storage and biodevices. In addition, this cycle topics span over ICN2 research lines and were tutored by researchers from several groups. Thus, it was of high interest to both students and researchers.
The second talk of this module was not recorded due to confidentiality issues.
