Two pictures from the ICN2 Electron Microscopy Division selected for the Fotciencia exhibit

Marcos Rodado is the author of two images which have been selected to be part of the touring exhibit.  The pictures are already touring to show the beauty of science in different venues in Spain and abroad.

FOTCIENCIA is a science photography contest organized by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) and the CSIC. It aims to bring science and technology closer to people through an artistic vision suggested through images accompanied by a commentary defining the scientific value of the image.

Marcos Rosado, Specialist Technician of the ICN2 Electron Microscopy Division, is the main author of two images selected to be part of the touring exhibit that compiles the best images of the FOTCIENCIA13 edition. He is the author of the images entitled Zif-8 - un material proveniente del futuro (Zif-8 - a material from the future) and Las invisibles ruinas élficas (The invisible elvish ruins).

FOTCIENCIA exhibit is interesting and beautiful. Check out the touring program to see if it will be stopping near to you.
