His first guest was ICREA Prof. Víctor F. Puntes, Leader of the ICN2 Inorganic Nanoparticles Group.
Science communicator Jordi Díaz presented last Tuesday his new initiative: “Entrevistas confinadas” (confined interviews). He will interview each Tuesday a different expert in nanoscience and nanotechnology or other fields to discuss about the diverse perspectives of working in science, the role of science in society, the connection of science with the arts, etc.
The first guest was ICREA Prof. Víctor F. Puntes, Group Leader of the ICN2 Inorganic Nanoparticles Group, and also Head of the Design and Pharmacodynamics of Nanoparticles Group at Vall d’Hebron Institut de Recerca. In this interview, the presenter and Prof. Puntes discussed on the role of science in the current pandemic context, the ways of communicating science, the complementarity of science and art… “Concern for both aesthetic and social aspects of your work improves your work in electronvolts and watts, or whatever it takes.” Watch the video to catch all the insights!
