ICN2 showcases four cutting-edge tech spinoffs at 4YFN event

ICN2 showcases four of its most promising spin-off companies at the 4YFN (4 Years From Now) event held in Barcelona during MWC23. InBrain Neuroelectronics, Napptilus Battery Labs, Paperdrop Diagnostics, and Cooling Photonics presented their cutting-edge technologies and business models to potential investors and collaborators.

The ICN2 participates in the 4YFN startup event held in Barcelona from February 28 to March 2. The event, which is part of the larger Mobile World Congress, brought together startups, investors, and corporations to explore new business opportunities. The ICN2 was represented by several spin-off companies: Inbrain Neuroelectronics, Paperdrop Diagnostics, Cooling Photonics, and Napptilus Battery Labs.

Inbrain Neuroelectronics showcased their advanced graphene-based neural interfaces that could revolutionize the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders. Dr Carolina Aguilar, the CEO of Inbrain Neuroelectronics, also spoke at the event, discussing the company's groundbreaking technology.

Paperdrop Diagnostics presented their innovative platform for early disease detection through biomarker analysis, which could enable faster and more accurate diagnoses. The company's technology has potential applications in several fields, including oncology and infectious diseases.

Cooling Photonics presented their new surface cooling technology. Its latest approach offers an easy to apply adhesive tape that allows to easily cover any surface with their cooling technology. The company has introduced a discovery pack on their website, which offers an in-depth look at the technology's capabilities and applications.

Napptilus Battery Labs showcased their state-of-the-art battery technology, which could significantly improve the performance and sustainability of energy storage systems. The company's technology has the potential to be used in several applications, including electric vehicles and renewable energy systems.

The event was also attended by Dr Pablo Pomposiello, the Head of Business and Innovation at ICN2, who was there to network with other professionals and explore potential collaborations. He also connected with Dr. Zina Jarrahi Cinker to keep strengthening the collaboration of ICN2 with another signature event, PuzzleX.
