FIMAC is launching a new series of colloquia on climate change and the energy transition, complementing IFIMAC’s traditional colloquia on Condensed Matter Physics and promoting rigorous and accessible science communication.
The first speaker will be Professor Jorge Olcina from the University of Alicante.
This initiative builds on the success of the Transversal Climate Course, launched in 2023-24, and aims to expand its impact to the general public, with most talks held in Spanish, except for international presentations.
