Short Abstract: This thesis explores the development of NFC pocktABLE devices, for biosensensing. The fabrication and implementation of battery-free wearable devices for humidity, temperature, and surface electromyography sensing are presented.
The thesis also investigates various electrochemical transducers, such as nanoband, laser-induced graphene, and PCB electrodes, assessing their applications in point-of-care diagnostics. Finally, it details the design and validation of a portable electrophoretic power supply with simultaneous electrochemical readout, emphasizing its potential for medical diagnostics and environmental monitoring.
