Talent scouting at the Universitat de Barcelona's Careers Fair

Last week the Universitat de Barcelona held its Careers Fair, an event designed to showcase job opportunities and career paths and attract students in the final stages of their university degrees. Representing the ICN2 were People Development Officer Julio Gómez and HR Generalist Ainhoa Ayastuy.

The Universitat de Barcelona's Fira d'Empreses or Careers Fair is aimed at students on the verge of starting their professional careers. Held at the university's Faculty of Physics, this event grows every year to offer am evermore comprehensive overview of the array of opportunities awaiting talented students.

Representing the ICN2 were People Development Officer Julio Gómez and HR Generalist Ainhoa Ayastuy, who engaged potential candidates with information and advice about what they can expect from a career at the ICN2, whether in research or support roles. Aside from an overview of the main research lines pursued at the ICN2, they also presented the various career development programmes in place, as well as information about the BIST Master's degree.
