ICN2 Strategy Development Team Participates in the 2023 EARMA Conference in Prague
The ICN2 Strategy Development team recently participated in the 2023 European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) Conference in Prague. The three-day event focused on the professionalization of research management and administration, as well as the impact of research evaluation reform. The ICN2 team was proud to have Núria Benítez as a speaker, contributing to an Open Science experts round table. The team gained valuable insights into the latest developments in the field and had the opportunity to network with professionals from around the world.
In today's rapidly changing research landscape, it is essential for research institutions to stay informed about the latest developments in research management and administration. The ICN2 Strategy Development team recognizes the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field, and the EARMA Conference provided a unique opportunity to do so.
At the conference, the team participated in discussions on a range of topics, including EARMA and professional associations, impact, international research, open science and responsible research and innovation, policy, strategy, evaluation, foresight, leadership, proposal development, project management, and research information systems. Núria Benítez, a member of the ICN2 team, participated as a speaker in an Open Science experts round table, where she shared insights on the importance of open science for research institutions.
