VRainCom is an application to present through virtual reality the results of the BrainCom project, led by the ICN2. Although it has not yet been formally promoted, it is being shared in science communication events such as the prestigious ECSITE conference.

Dr Vicky Puig and Dr Amador Pérez, from the ICN2 Advanced Electronic Materials and Devices Group, together with Àlex Argemí, ICN2 Head or Marketing and Communication, discussed about the opportunities and implications of the BrainCom project and presented an app to explore the project results and the facilities and people that made it possible.

The first chapter aired today with Dr Sonia Ruiz-Raga as its guest researcher. The new channel will offer a broad view about top research performed at the ICN2 and neighbouring centres such as ICMAB, IFAE and IMB-CNM-CSIC. The UAB supports this channel not only by sharing content but also offering a space for the video recording.
