With photonics identified as key enabling technology, the European Technology Platform Photonics21 represents the European photonics community and works jointly with the European Commission to develop and implement a common strategy for growth and jobs.
ICREA Prof. Arben Merkoçi, leader of the ICN2 Nanobiosensors and Biosensors Group was elected member of its Board of Stakeholders, the main decision-making body of this platform.
