The sixth ICN2 Open Knowledge (OK) Program edition offers an insight into Nanofabrication Processes, Tools and Facilities. The two first lectures of the module, available below, covered the underlying principles and applications of micro and nanofabrication technologies and the main nanofabrication techniques available at the ICN2 at the time.
